U.S. CELLULAR® PACKERS “GOOD CALL” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE. VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

This Sweepstakes is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter, Inc. , Instagram or Facebook. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are not affiliated with the Sponsor in any way.

1. OVERVIEW/ SWEEPSTAKES AND ENTRY PERIODS: The U.S. Cellular® Packers “Good Call” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by U.S. Cellular (“Sponsor”) begins on September 20, 2020 at and ends on January 6, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will be conducted following each of the fifteen (15) Green Bay Packers regular season games (each, a “Game”) that are currently scheduled to take place during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Game Date”). The entry period for each Game Date will begin with Sponsor’s posting of a call-to-action (“CTA”) on its Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts following the conclusion of each Game on each scheduled Game Date, and will end three (3) days after each scheduled Game Date at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) (“Game Entry Period”). (See Rules, below, for further details regarding the entry process.)

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to abide by, and be bound by, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who: (a) are at least 18 years of age at time of entry (at least 19 years of age if a resident of AL or NE); and (b) are registered users of Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook with a personal, publicly-viewable account. You may not use a corporate or shared account. If you do not have a Twitter account, you may register for a free account at Twitter.com. When you join Twitter, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept all terms, conditions and policies of Twitter, Inc. If you do not have an Instagram account, you may register for a free account at Instagram.com. When you join Instagram, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept all terms, conditions and policies of Instagram. If you do not have a Facebook account, you may register for a free account at Facebook.com. When you join Facebook, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept all terms, conditions and policies of Facebook.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, the Green Bay Packers, the National Football League (“NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND/OR VOTE: On each Game Date, Sponsor will tweet a CTA from its @USCellular Twiter handle, will post a CTA from its @uscellular Instagram handle, and will post a CTA on its Facebook Page. You may begin to participate in the Sweepstakes as an entrant or a voter Immediately following Sponsor’s CTA on any Game Date. Both entrants and voters must comply with the eligibility requirements set forth in Rule 2, above.

If you use a mobile device to participate as an entrant or a voter, standard message and data rates may apply. A mobile device is not required to participate.

To participate as an entrant: Use your Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook account to post a comment in English on Sponsor’s post with your opinions about the applicable Game (your “Take”). Your Take must be posted by the end of the Game Entry Period, and is subject to any character limitations imposed by the applicable social media platform. Your Take must comply with all representations and content restrictions set forth in Rule 4, below. Limit Two (2) Takes per person during each Game Entry Period regardless of the social media platform(s) on which they are posted. Each posted Take per Game Entry Period must be different; duplicate Takes will be disqualified.

To participate as a voter: You may vote for your favorite Take for the applicable Game by “Liking” it or by posting a comment on it. Please note: You must Like or comment on the entrant’s posted Take– not the Sponsor’s post-- in order for your vote to count toward the determination of the winner for that Game Entry Period. You must Like or comment on your favorite Take by the end of the Game Entry Period. A “Like” and comment each equate to one (1) vote (subject to the limitation set forth below). Entrants are permitted to vote for their own comment(s) or any other comment subject to the conditions and limitations stated herein. Each vote must comply with the “Voting Conditions” set forth below.
Limit two (2) votes per person during each Game Entry Period regardless of the social media platform(s) on which they were submitted. Each comment posted for purposes of voting per Game Entry Period must be different; duplicate comments will be disqualified.

Voting Conditions: Any entrant or voter who offers, uses, or attempts to use a “cheat,” payment, or other incentive, or any other improper means to obtain votes or affect the outcome of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified, and any votes earned by those means will be void, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any attempt is made to vote in excess of the stated Game Entry Period limit or to obtain a vote by means other than as specifically set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any related entrant, Take, or vote. Use of any automated, script, software, macro or robotic program or any other automated or improper means to submit or gain votes may result in the disqualification, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, of the Take/entrant to which such votes relate, or the votes/voters themselves, or both.

Votes that do not comply in all respects with these Official Rules, or that result from fraud or collusion (in the opinion of the Sponsor) will be disqualified and rendered void. If an entrant is found to have engaged in such fraud or collusion, in Sponsor’s opinion, s/he will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Other reasons for which votes may be declared void include but are not limited to the following:

(a) multiple votes are received from the same voter from different IP addresses, social media accounts, or identities;

(b) votes result from use of a redirect link, a disguised link, a fraudulent link, or similar impermissible method;

(c) votes result from a technical malfunction of servers or internet connection; and/or

(d) votes result from inappropriate action by a voter or entrant in promoting such votes from others (e.g., through spam, harassment, etc.).

4. REPRESENTATIONS AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO ENTRANTS’ COMMENTS (TAKES):

Representations. By posting a comment, each entrant and voter hereby warrants and represents as follows with respect to the comment:
(a) it conforms to all requirements and content restrictions set forth herein; (b) it is entrant’s/voter’s original creation, and is not a modification, enhancement, or alteration of a third party’s preexisting work; (c) it was written solely by entrant/voter; (d) it has not been previously published or won any awards; (e) it does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; and
(f) publication of the comment or modifications thereof via various media, including web/social media posting, would not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Each entrant/voter hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor from and against any claims to the contrary.

Content Restrictions. Comments must not:

(a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, political, professional or age group, profane or pornographic; (b) promote alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that are or may appear to be unsafe or dangerous, or further any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain or reference trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as brand names, license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses; (e) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; (f) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; (g) depict, and cannot itself be in, violation of any law; (h) defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies; and (i) communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion.

The above list is not meant to be exhaustive. Any comment which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, is deemed inappropriate for publication or inclusion in the Sweepstakes for any reason, will be disqualified.

COMMENTS SUBMITTED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES HAVE NOT BEEN EDITED BY SPONSOR. COMMENTS EXPRESS THE VIEWS AND OPINIONS OF THE ENTRANTS/VOTERS ONLY, AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OR OPINIONS OF SPONSOR.

5. RIGHTS GRANTED TO SPONSOR:

(a) By posting a comment, each entrant/voter grants Sponsor and its affiliates and agents a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid, unlimited, worldwide license and right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, modify, distribute, develop, make derivative works from and otherwise use his/her comment in whole or in part for any commercial or non-commercial purposes in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity;

(b) Each entrant/voter agrees not to instigate, support, maintain or authorize any action or lawsuit against Sponsor, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, their respective affiliates or agencies, or the officers, directors or employees of any of the above, on the basis that any use of his/her comment infringes any of his/her rights as creator of such comment;

(c) By posting a comment, each entrant/voter grants Sponsor and its affiliates and agents the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publish the entrant’s/voter’s name and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without limitation and without further notice or approval; and

(d) Sponsor may require any entrant/voter to execute documents to confirm the grant of rights hereunder; failure to do so may result in disqualification.

6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Following the conclusion of each Game Entry Period, Sponsor or its designees will tabulate the number of valid Likes and comments, combined, that each entrant’s Take received. The entrant whose Take had the highest number of Likes and comments, combined, for the applicable Game Entry Period will be deemed the winner for that Game Entry Period, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, Sponsor or its designee will select the winner in a random drawing from among the tied entries.

7. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): A total of fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded (contingent on all fifteen (15) Games being played): Each verified winner will receive one (1) personalized video from Davante Adams, and one (1) $100 value gift card to the NFL Pro Shop. ARV: $100 per prize.
Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes: $1,500.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Takes posted and the number of Likes and comments received for each Take during each Game Entry Period.

The prizes consist only of the items described above. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash redemption or other substitution allowed, in whole or in part, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winners are responsible for all federal, state and/or local income taxes on their prizes. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible if any Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. If such an event should occur, no Takes or votes will be submitted during the Game Entry Period that corresponds to the cancelled Game, and no prize will be awarded for that Game Entry Period.

8. CLAIMING PRIZES: Following the determination of the potential winner for each Game Entry Period, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential prize winner by direct message “DM”) on the social media account through which the winning Take was posted. Each prize winner may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt of prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts have been made (as determined by Sponsor in its discretion), if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible, or if a potential winner cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the entrant who received the next-highest number of votes on his/her Take during the applicable Game Entry Period (after the disqualified entrant) will be deemed the winner (subject to verification).

No more than one prize will be awarded per Game Entry Period. If, due to a production, technical, human or other error, more than one (1) prize notification is issued for any Game Entry Period, the one (1) intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all valid recipients of such prize notifications.

The awarding of each prize is subject to the restrictions and limitations in these Official Rules, or included with the prize or furnished at the time of prize fulfillment. Use of the gift card is subject to all terms, conditions and policies of the issuer.

If a winner is unable to accept his/her prize as described herein for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the entrant who received the next-highest number of votes on his/her Take during the applicable Game Entry Period (after the disqualified entrant), subject to verification.

9. PUBLICITY CONSENT: Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, voice, biographical information (city/state), recorded image, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide, in commerce and in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to social media and the internet, without limitation and without further notice, permission or compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Green Bay Packers, the NFL, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, authorized agents, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, successors, agents, assigns and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability for damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of: (a) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes; or (b) the receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize (if awarded to him/her).

BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE/MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (IF AWARDED TO YOU). SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. ENTRANTS'/VOTERS’ PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with an entrant’s/voter’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules, and in any manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) electronic transmissions, comments or votes that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by Sponsor for any reason; (b) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Takes/votes, or for deletion, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Takes/votes; (c) failed or unavailable hardware, network or software; (d) causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (e) any Takes/votes submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules; (f) incorrect or inaccurate entrant information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (g) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising relating to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize winners; (viii) damage to any person’s computer or mobile device; or (ix) cheating or fraud by any participant. All incomplete or non-conforming Takes/votes will be disqualified.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, social media mandate, pandemic, public health mandate, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the stated end date of the Sweepstakes Period, the prize for the Game Entry Period then in progress will be awarded to the entrant whose Take received the highest number of votes as of the time/date of termination.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes generally, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who submitted a Take, the Take will be deemed submitted by the authorized, primary account holder of the Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account associated with the Take. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. DISPUTES/VENUE/GOVERNING LAW: By participating, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or the prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in Cook County, Illinois; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or made by any of the Released Parties, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

14. SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
