SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The “Wheel of Fortune Holiday Puzzler Sponsored by Sears” (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on 10/23/2016 at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on 12/9/2016 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of forty eight (48) separate Entry Periods (each a “Sweepstakes Entry Period” or “Day”), with each Sweepstakes Entry Period corresponding to each day during the Sweepstakes Period (starting at 12:00:01 AM CT and ending on that same calendar day at 11:59:59 pm CT). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor’s computer will be the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. or Puerto Rico and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of Sears Holding Corporation (the “Sponsor”), Vibes Media, LLC and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively shall be referred herein as the "Released Parties") are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Additionally, immediate family members of such employees (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter this Sweepstakes: by downloading the app or providing your email address, explained as follows:

1) Via Sears Mobile App: Entrant will be invited to download the Sears app and login to play the game to receive a Sweepstakes Entry. Available on participating carriers only. The application is free of charge, however message and data rates may apply on use thereof. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.

2) Online: If you wish to enter for free without downloading the Sears app during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) log onto https://mp.vibescm.com/c/u568ra. You will be asked to provide your email address and play the game for entry into the Sweepstakes.

The Game is a holiday puzzle. Each Entrant will receive five turns to guess a letter (consonant or vowel) contained within the puzzle solution. Correct letters will display on the board. At the end of five turns, Entrant will have the opportunity to solve the puzzle. Solve correctly, and Entrant will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries; One (1) Sweepstakes entry will be received by an entrant for an incorrect answer. There is a daily maximum entry limit of 5 Sweepstakes entries per Day per person/email address/wireless number regardless of entry method. Entries in excess of the limit are void. Each entrant is only allowed one game play per day, resulting in either 1 Sweepstakes entry or 5 Sweepstakes entries depending on an incorrect or correct answer. All entries must be received no later than 12/9/16 at 11:59:59 pm CT to be eligible for the final Sweepstakes Entry Period. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you are eligible based on the Official Rules (must be a legal resident of U.S./D.C. or Puerto Rico at least 18 years old).

Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agents and affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human or other inadvertent error that may occur in the processing of the entries, the inability to conduct the random drawings scheduled on or about the next business day or in the awarding of the prizes in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agents and affiliates, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, and select the prize winners from entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such entries by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: The Random Drawings to select ten (10) winners for each Day are scheduled on or about the business day following the Sweepstakes Entry Period. A total of 480 winners throughout the Sweepstakes Period (10 prizes per Day) will be conducted among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Sweepstakes Entry Period by Vibes Media, LLC an independent marketing agency and administrator of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize for any specific Day will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that particular Day. Non-winning entries from one Sweepstakes Entry Period will not roll-over to be eligible for any subsequent drawings, if any. Winners are subject to verification, including verification of age.

PRIZES: Grand Prize (Total of 480 winners) – 10 winners from each Sweepstakes Entry Period will each receive a $100 Sears Gift Card. The Total Value of Prizes available for each Sweepstakes Entry Period is $1,000. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded in subsequent daily drawings. Please allow two (2) weeks for email delivery of Prizes. Terms and Conditions (including restrictions) of using the Sears Gift Card will apply. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred; or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor will not replace a prize that is lost, damaged, stolen or used without permission. Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card. Prize cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it has been delivered in an email. Prize will be awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Released Parties, in their discretion, may substitute a prize of equal value and comparable use for any reason. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize not otherwise specified herein, are the responsibility of the Prize Winners.

PRIZE CLAIM: The potential Prize Winners will be notified by email or phone. All Grand Prize winners will be required to provide the following information before receiving their prize: first name, last name, city, state. By redeeming Sears Gift Card, winners agree to the Shop Your Way program terms and privacy policy at: www.schterms.com/mobile. If winner is a minor in his/her state of legal residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older and residents of Mississippi must be at least 21), prize may be awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian. If Prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or the winner does not otherwise accept prize as awarded, the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The Prize will be awarded to the Authorized Account Party on the account associated with the winning entry. By accepting a Prize, the Winner confirms that he/she is a legal resident of U.S., D.C. or Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older and grants to Sponsor the right to use Winner's likeness, image, voice, hometown, comments and personal contact information in advertising, trade and promotion, including on the Internet or via wireless application protocol, without further notice, compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

RESTRICTIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which shall be final. Entrants agree to hold Released Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use, misuse or non-use of prize awarded or participation in the Sweepstakes. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize winner or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

PRIVACY POLICY: By participating in this Sweepstakes by email, or mobile web, all entrants authorize Sears to provide Vibes Media with their contact information. Any personal information collected in conjunction with this Sweepstakes will be subject to Sears’ privacy policy posted at http://www.sears.com/csprivacy/nb-100000000022508. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall control and govern.

CHOICE OF LAW: Under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and Entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to Illinois conflict of law principles.

WINNERS’ LIST: The names of the Grand Prize winners may be obtained after 12/22/2016 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Wheel of Fortune Holiday Puzzler Winners ATTN: L T, 300 W. Adams Street 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606. Include the specific Sweepstakes Daily Entry Date in your request. Requests for a copy of the winners’ list must be received by 12/30/16. The return envelope must contain the requesting person’s full name and physical address. No post office box addresses or private mailbox addresses are allowed. Requests for the winners will not be honored unless you comply with these requirements.
